7-Day Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule.
No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds on services. If you are not satisfied, please let our management know before leaving the salon so we can do our best to make it right.
Health & Safety
For your protection, please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service begins.
Child Safety
We love kids! However, for safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted to run or play inside the salon.
Alcohol & Beverages
Complimentary beverages are limited to one per guest. Alcoholic beverages are for guests 21+ only with valid ID. Please enjoy responsibly.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose health or behavior may pose a risk to others.
Valuables
